Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits, approvals, and permissions from relevant authorities.

Any changes to the approved design scope must be communicated in writing and may result in additional fees.

Clients must ensure timely payment as per the agreed payment schedule outlined in the service contract.

Payment schedules and amounts will be specified in individual project contracts.

A non-refundable deposit is typically required to initiate design services.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may result in suspension of services.

All prices are subject to change based on material costs, labor, and project scope adjustments.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms outlined in your specific service agreement.

House of Tāpāsya is not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party contractors, suppliers, or factors beyond our control.

We are not responsible for structural issues, building code violations, or pre-existing conditions unless explicitly stated in the service agreement.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services.

We recommend clients obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their projects.

Any claims must be made in writing within 30 days of project completion.

All design work, concepts, drawings, and materials created by House of Tāpāsya are protected by copyright.

Clients receive a license to use designs for their specific project only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of designs is prohibited without written consent.

Photography and images of completed projects may be used by House of Tāpāsya for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients must credit House of Tāpāsya when sharing project images publicly.
